To Whom it May Concern In answer to your letter we received May 6,Our gun store received a call from the mentioned customer, he told us he had a NEW traditions package gun for sale We suggested the gun was worth $ It is not our policy to give a quote on the phone but if the gun was in fact new then this is what it would be worth When he arrived at the store the package had been cut open around the package, it was an Inline gun NOT a Flintlock and it was rusted on the charging handle We DO NOT buy, INLINE rifles in our store, we feel they sit too long before they are resold Our decision is he misrepresented the gun in ways, not the gun he told us he had and the damage to the packaging and the gun itself This morning May 8, we did receive a call from the customer, to confront us on the phone, after him using the “F” word several times we hung up We choose to exercise our right and not buy this gunThank you for understanding our decision [redacted] Manager Mahoning Valley Milling Gun Shop [redacted]

Review: I called Mahoning valley milling on Tuesday april 28 and asked if they would be interested in purchasing a fire arm off of me they asked what kin I told them a tracker traditions 209 inline muzzleloader redi pack they asked for the numbers off of the back so they could look it up they said they would purchase my weapon for $100 so I drove the gun out the next day I drove almost 80 miles and when I got there they said they didn't want it and there was nothing they could do about it at this point I had to wait to borrow money for gas because they would not purchase my gunDesired Settlement: I would like for them to purchase my gun as they had originally stated because an oral contract was made and then was broken on their part
