She was never billed for recycling. Therefore she was never lied to and was never billed for services she did not receive.
This complaint was filed only after she received a collection letter for an 8 month old unpaid bill. Any incident or question about recycling occurred several years ago.
Ownership of Maher Trucking and recycling programs have changed since she was a customer.

We were told by Maher Trucking that all recycling could go into that can, unsorted. We were billed for recycling. Not only did we pay for recycling, but I called and complained that it wasn't being picked up and then I also included notes with our payments that recycling wasn't being picked up; that it was being picked up with the garbage. This complaint is from a disgruntled former customer with a very poor payment history. She was not charged for recycling service, we do not charge for this service. The money owed was for just garbage service.
I reverified with the truck personnel who stated both cans had garbage, it may be this lperson needs to learn what is recyclable and what is not.
And as noted before this business is under new ownership.
This business has been operation for 63 years and this is one and only complaint ever.
