Per Mr. [redacted]'s request on May 31, 2016 to place his membership on hold we did just that. His membership agreements clearly states our hold policy. He signed and dated that agreement (I have a copy). I tried to explain this toMr. [redacted] via email. He decide to request a chargeback to his card....

After that I called and requested to discuss the issue with him via phone and asked in a voicemail to provide any other evidence requesting to cancel his membership. He declined to return my calls. I am happy to refund any money if my business has made a mistake, I am happy to discuss the issue with Mr. [redacted] and again request any evidence he has requesting to cancel his membership. I have nothing other than the email exchanges in which he requests to place his membership on hold.
