We have rectified this issue with Mr [redacted] I mailed out the warranty last Thursday June 1st, I have also Fed Ex a copy as well yesterday and we also emailed him a copy as wellAny time Mr [redacted] had an issue with his roof we where out there right away to look at itI understand he wanted the paper copy of the warranty, for some reason there where some delays that are not typical with the manufacture and we did let Mr [redacted] know this was not typicalWe handled any issue that came up with the roof whenever he needed it
