There were ones I thought did a good job until I experienced the "He will drop anything to try and help" attitude of [redacted] owner of Final TouchI had a personal need one Saturday morning, do to the fact my LARGE dog had and accident on my cream colored carpetI panicked and started calling my regular carpet cleaners I use in Real Estate NO RESULTS! Met Mr [redacted] at a meeting a few weeks prior to thisCalled and he showed up in a few hours and stayed at least hours to make sure there was no noticeable stain It was perfect!! Mr [redacted] came back again the next day to make sure the color was just right and no yellowing from the dog "poop" liquid that is! No extra charge just making sure he kept his reputation above any other carpet cleaning company around! Not to mention his ability to stretch carpets, do carpet repair, clean & repair tile floors and clean head liners in R.V.'s!!!! He is amazing!
