I have been a subscriber for over 15 years and all of a sudden I seem to not exist. I renewed my subscription last month(ID # 2362908) and since then I have received NO November issue(printed copy) and now I can’t even login and read my electronic version. Today, your customer service rep said that he couldn’t help me and that I must go on-line with my problem. What?

Review: I call regarding my product that I purchase approximately one month ago. They told me that it would arrived in a week. Three weeks past and I call today July [redacted] 2015 and Lady by the name of Karen answered the call and I explained to her the situation. She said that I need to call another number. If I purchased something from someone I expect for them to take care of the situation. This type of service is unacceptable and should not be permitted.
