Magic Touch Exteriors

Magic Touch Exteriors is the worst. Initially, we had a positive interaction with their salesperson, Josh, who was helpful in providing estimates and navigating insurance procedures. However, our enthusiasm quickly waned when we encountered significant delays and a frustrating lack of communication.

After finalizing our roof/siding selections and paying a significant deposit for work and materials in early November 2023, we were informed that due to the upcoming winter conditions and other jobs already in progress, work on our home would commence the following year. While understandable, we expected to receive updates on the job timeline. However, as January turned into February, March, and now into April, we’ve been left in the dark.

Despite reaching out to Josh for clarification and being assured that the builds are progressing, obtaining concrete information has been challenging. My attempts to contact the MTE office directly have been met with silence, despite leaving numerous voicemails over the past couple months. My wife and I were simply seeking a reasonable timeline for when the work will begin and how long it would take, but that's no longer what we want.

We feel frustrated and ignored after investing a significant amount of money with MTE. We are out $25k and the company has fallen off the radar. No communication, seeing multiple new complaints online for MTE...it has been more than incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We expected better from MTE, especially after our initial positive interactions with Josh.

We’ve filed complaints with BBB and Attorney General and will take legal action next. All we want is our FULL deposit back. In posting this complaint, I hope to bring attention to our experience and encourage MTE to provide refunds to their disgruntled customers.

If they are still soliciting business, DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM, DO NOT TALK TO THEM.

I highly recommend Magic Touch. Joe and David was amazing to work with. They helped my family after we lost siding from a storm. I had never filed a claim. To be honest my insurance company really let me down, left me not knowing what was going on and barely covering anything. Joe and David really stepped in and helped us go through all the proper steps and get things fixed the right way and not half way. We was so happy and grateful for everything they did for us. We hired them to put a new roof on and doors and lots of other work.
They truly gave our home a majic touch with the exterior as well as interior. They went above and beyond, I will definitely use them in the future for any other projects!

Nothing more can be said about Joe and Dave than very professional all the way. When they said they would call I got a call, when they said they would be here they were here. They put a roof on for me and the craftsmanship was second to none. The work performed and clean up was very professional. The roof of our commercial property was recently damaged in a citywide hailstorm. It was already a 20-year-old roof and likely needed repairs prior to the storm. Joe was extremely helpful on the front end when it came to dealing with our insurance company, and he ensured that the job was begun in a timely fashion and also finished quickly. Dave was also very easy to work with while on-site and he was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Overall, it was a great experience and we have a new roof that should last us a very long time.

Joe and David are true professionals. They do what they say they are going to do. They handle everything with the Insurance Company. They made my claim process a breeze. They are on your side. I highly recommend their service.

Magic touch exteriors put on a new roof, gutters and downspouts, and garage doors on our home after a hail storm. They were from out of town and I was hesitant, but they did everything that they said they would do in a very professional manner. I was very pleased.

I had a representative come door to door In my neighborhood. I Had wind and hail damage to my house. We submitted a claim to my homeowners insurance. I got a new roof, new siding, and gutters for not out of pocket cost. Renovations was done within 3 days. Pretty smooth experience

Just wanted to share a very professional experience with Magic Touch Exteriors. We had some wind damage to our siding and roof in late October. We had them come out and assess the damage, then met with our insurance company who was trying to put a bandaid on a problem instead of fixing it back to proper condition. Joe (claims expert manager) jumped through all the hoops the insurance company was require (sending shingles and siding to be tested, meeting and explaining the problem in depth).
Once the claim was approved, the quality work was completed quickly as promised. Day one the roof was removed and replaced with the premium products from Owens Corning (they offer a 30 year warranty). Their site inspector David was here multiple times ensuring the site was kept clean and professional during after completion. Day two, Siding was replaced and again David from their team stopped by multiple times to ensure quality was perfect.
I wanted to share since I know there are a lite of bad contractors out there. They will renew your faith in quality contractors who have pride in their work!

Magic Touch Exteriors replaced my roof and siding after a very strong storm during Labor Day weekend. I have used various contractors over the years and the good ones always stand out. Mr. S helped us choose the right color combination for our property and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We were impressed with the speed at which the work was completed and the company's quality of work. The entire process was managed professionally from start to finish and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the work completed. I would definitely recommend Magic Touch Exteriors
