My name is *** *** (owner in magic nails ) I just received the letter from Revdex.com.And I asked my manager about that issue .the reason they could not do for her nails because her nails is over size , it was super long so my nail tech they could not do it , even if they try to do for her then she
was not satisfied then she do not want to pay money then that it is problem So if we can not take care good for customer to customer is not satisfied then we don’t want to do it , And , even they told her that , she can come another nail shop they do know how to do for long nail it is same owner .because they are used to do long nails It is true , they recommend her to come there(and Hampton) so she can satisfied with her service . Review: I went into Magic City nail salon and ask [redacted] if I could get a nail repaired And she stated that she could not repair my nails due to the length of my nails I went to Magic Nails once before. I asked if I could speak with the manager she stated that she was the manager she told me that the manager hired her because she knew how to do certain limits she also asked everyone else in the shop and they also replied no I didn't see any sign saying that they only service certain lengths to top it off she was being very rude and another technician stated that I should go on 76th and Hampton to get my nails doneDesired Settlement: I would like to get a free pedicure and full set
