Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/10/30) */ To Whom it May Concern, Thank you for contacting us regarding a Customer complaint at Magic Nails and SpaIt is our mission to provide each customer with excellent service and experience in our business, and we appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter Customer visited Magic Nails and Spa for a Pedicure and a Shellac Manicure which is regular price $Customer used 30% coupon which brought her total to $Customer returned to Magic Nails and Spa complaining of chips to her finger nails and demanded refund of $35, which would be regular price for manicureHowever, she did not pay regular price for her manicure due to the fact that she used a coupon at time of service Although close to 2-weeks had passed since time of service, Magic Nails and Spa offered to provide the the customer with an additional manicure at no charge to herCustomer stated "I only had my nails done for a special occasion, and now that the special occasion has passed, I no longer need manicure and just want my money back." Customer visited Magic Nails and Spa for a Pedicure and a Shellac Manicure which is regular price $65. Customer used 30% coupon which brought her total to $45. Customer returned to Magic Nails and Spa complaining of chips to her finger nails and demanded refund of $35, which would be regular price for manicure. However, she did not pay regular price for her manicure due to the fact that she used a coupon at time of service.
Although close to 2-weeks had passed since time of service, Magic Nails and Spa offered to provide the the customer with an additional manicure at no charge to her.
