resolving this matter.
Customer visited Magic Nails and Spa for a Pedicure and a Shellac Manicure which is regular price $65. Customer used 30% coupon which brought her total to $45. Customer returned to Magic Nails and Spa complaining of chips to her finger nails and demanded refund of $35, which would be regular price for manicure. However, she did not pay regular price for her manicure due to the fact that she used a coupon at time of service.

Although close to 2-weeks had passed since time of service, Magic Nails and Spa offered to provide the the customer with an additional manicure at no charge to her. We invited customer to come into Magic Nails and Spa to pick-up $35 refund she had requested in order to resolve the issue. To date, we have had no follow-up response from customer.
At Magic Nails and Spa we value our customer's, and would like to resolve this matter. Please advise customer she is welcome to visit Magic Nails and Spa for her a new manicure at her convenience, or a $35 refund that was requested.
