I purchased a hr cleaning from magic mops on 1/19/16, and due to some unforeseen health issues and hospitalization, I almost let my deal expire I called MM and left msgi received text from Ronnie telling me she would only be able to answer texts as she was busy I explained my situation and she said they would certainly honor my purchase of their services and thanked me for my business I replied 'no, thank you!', to which she replied 'lol' I took this as a good sign she later offered 5/23/16, noon, for my residential cleaning she asked for name, address, etc, which I provided I agreed to 5/ on 5/20, I received text from Rhonda, calling me by wrong name and asking if they ever got me set up for appt I said 5/23, to which she said to send my address as something happened and they lost it, and she was sorry I sent requested info and asked if 5/still worked for hr res clng I didnt get response for hrs, aftr asking if another day would work better for them Rhonda finally responded by saying she had gotten my texts but hadnt read them as she had 'called off' and that she would contact me at @4pm that day no contact from her at all on 5/22, I texted that I hoped she was doing better and that since she had not ever confirmed the 5/appt with me, I had taken an appt with a spine pain clinic for treatment I needed I got very brief text from her minutes later saying she was playing soccer with her kids and would contact me I have received no further contact from them

Bought a deal on Living Social for hours of cleaningAfter two calls and two emails, I got a response that she had received my first email two days prior and she can be at my house 2/@ 9amI said that would be perfect and never got any further contact from herI emailed her at 5:40pm on 2/to confirm our appointment and ive her my address since I hadn't heard back from her asking for my address...no response9am comes and goesI called at 9:to see if she was still coming and her phone was shut offI texted, emailedAnd facebooked her to no availIt wasn't until I shared her page on FB and said she no showed me that she wrote on her page that there was a family emergency so she would take regular clients but no Living Social dealsShe must be lucky that her emergency allows her the freedom to pick and chooseThen in another post she said she didn't show up because of a "glitch in the system"I made sure to screenshot all of this just in case those posts get deleatedTotal scam artist

I said that would be perfect and never got any further contact from her. I emailed her at 5:40pm on 2/15 to confirm our appointment and ive her my address since I hadn't heard back from her asking for my address...no response. 9am comes and goes. I called at 9:15 to see if she was still coming and her phone was shut off. I texted, emailed. And facebooked her to no avail.
