Review: The salesman promised something and wrote something else on the receipt. Also, I have tried to contact them about the product but they did not call me back.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the items and recieve a refund.

Review: At the [redacted] Trade Show in January, In Orlando, I purchased this companies product for $250.00. I asked two specific questions: "will it eliminate bone on bone pain" and "will it attenuate nerve impulses". Assurance was given---money back guarantee. Neither of the above did it accomplish. Multiple phone calls went directly to voice mail and were never returned. Multiple emails were attempted but there is no specific web address which to do so. Whether any got through is unknown but none were rejected. Again, none were answered. We even sent an emai with the receipt to the company asking for our money back saying we would return the merchandise but got no response. THey choose to ignore everything !Desired Settlement: Please have the company contact us with a return label so we can return the junk they sold and credit our credit card or send us back our money asap

Review: I recently was at a conference where this product was being demonstrated. I walked away and said I needed to do some further research and would come back tomorrow and check it out more. The salesperson told me that they only had a special for that day for students. He said the product normally retails for 399.00, but the conference special was 299.00. He said he could do buy one get one for me. I told him no thanks I didn't need two anyway. I told him I would check it out and come back tomorrow. He told me he could give me some special pricing for student, but he could only do it at that moment for 120.00. I bought it thinking I could return it after I did more research. On top of this I got my credit card statement and was charged 136.00. I was also told it came with a 5 year warranty and would be exchanged at no cost for any reason. I saw on the website it was a 2 year warranty. I was furious that I purchased it because he was adamant it was better than any deal I would get. I saw online soon after purchasing it that afternoon that they are only 60.00 on amazon and other sites and I was charged 140.00. I immediately emailed customer service that day and got no response as of Sunday (5 days), so I emailed them again yesterday telling them I wanted a response or I was turning this over to the Revdex.com. I was finally responded to today and was told that I could not return it, it was only available for exchange only. I feel like I got scammed and just want my money refunded to me!Desired Settlement: I feel like I got scammed and I want to be able to return the product and have my money refunded to me! The billing on my credit card showed different information than the website info: SQ [redacted]

Review: Problems with IREST MASSAGER purchased 3/20/152 massagers were purchased for the Dental Convention Special price of $325.When both were charged I attempted to hook them up to muscles that needed electric stimuli due to trauma. The first unit had the openings where the electric leads are supposed to be plugged in, however the metal connectors that the leads plug into are totally missing. The 2nd unit had the proper connectors, however one of the connectors does not work. The one that does work is fine, but instead of being able to hook up 4 electrodes I can only hook up 2. At no time during the purchase was anything mentioned about return policies. I was under the impression that since I was at a Dental Convention the merchandise would be of professional high quality. When I made the purchase, I was handed a cell phone and told to sign the screen with my finger and they would text me my receipt. I looked at the receipt to be sure the proper amount was charged, but never scrolled down to read the entire receipt until I printed it off their website for this complaint. The bottom of the receipt states NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLYThis is news to me as no mention of this policy was ever made.If the first 2 items were both defective, I have no confidence that any replacement units will be of any better quality. I just want my $325 returnedDesired Settlement: I just want my $325 back
