They do NOT honor written quotes! Recently used Magic Irrigation to fix a sprinkler system that was installed by the previous owner of our house They were referred to us by a local business that could not fit us into their schedule When scheduling they neglected to mention there was a $service fee to come out Very nice man found the problem, wrote up a quote, stated that the service fee for would not be charged twice, and schedule a time to finish the job The quote was $ When asked if this included everything he replied yes, was written up and signed by both partiedThey returned to finish the job 2hours later than the scheduled (I was not notified they were running late).While adjusting heads they found it wasn't necessary to replace one which would save us $ Upon finishing the work the bill was presented Now the job was $ Only $MORE then quoted That is not the way to run a business

When scheduling they neglected to mention there was a $95.00 service fee to come out. Very nice man found the problem, wrote up a quote, stated that the service fee for would not be charged twice, and schedule a time to finish the job. The quote was $525.00. When asked if this included everything he replied yes, was written up and signed by both partied. They returned to finish the job 2hours later than the scheduled (I was not notified they were running late).While adjusting heads they found it wasn't necessary to replace one which would save us $80.80. Upon finishing the work the bill was presented. Now the job was $535.00. Only $10 MORE then quoted. That is not the way to run a business.
