On April 23rd, 2020 I've ordered hair products for my daughter who is suffering from bad hair loss/thinning hair ( Caffeine Shampoo, Keratin Conditioner and Follicle Plus 27) from BIOTOPIC company. After using the products for about 3 weeks my daughter developed severe scalp irritation with itchy bumps and rash, plus hair constantly looked like greasy. She had to stop using it and asked me to return it. I've emailed the company with the question about the return process after which I got an email back stating they have 120 days money back guarantee and all I need to do is to fill out the return form. Unfortunately and to my surprise every time I tried to put the order number and my email as I was told to do ( both are valid information and as it shows on my invoice or in the email from Biotopoc) , but after constantly I was getting message ? your order can't be found ? and asked me to start over only to get the same message. I got furious and started sending emails to the company, but again all I got was the same automated reply to fill out the return form with information provided. I'm beyond upset and frustrated as I want to return those products but there is no one to get in touch with or contact as there is no phone number for that company and no valid emails or replies. My daughter found on the internet and amazon reviews that apparently is impossible to get refund from this company even though they say they have 120 day money back guarantee. Also after I wrote bad review about the product and posted to their website it was first as a pending and then never approved and posted. Looks like only fake positive and automated reviews exist on their website. That is a huge scam for me. I want people to be aware before they order anything from this company that if they will come across any issues with the product return process is a nightmare and literally impossible.
