I will not be responding in any way shape or form to this complaint. I offered a refund she informed she did not want a refund. I have her text messages stating this.
I at no time raised my voice to her. I offered a partial refund which she stated she didn't want. She said she wouldn't be contacting me again. And I am certainly not going to keep going back and forth.

I am rejecting this response because: he he was beyond rude and unprofessional. Offered no help explanation apology. Defensive and angry and clearly just wanted me out of the picture. When a service provided results in tremendous hassle. You listen respond take responsibility and help. And kindness. That's a given. He absolutely did not talk to me in a calm professional nice tone. It was completely inappropriate. His obstinacy is substantial proof of his unwillingness to even acknowledge a problem with his service the stress and mess it made or how he responded and has basically written me off as a squeaky wheel he doesn't want to deal with. There is nothing good faith about his communications. And again. I am standing up for what is right.
