I purchased 3 design essencial products from this store on 7-6-20. today I noticed a lose of hair and thinning so I called the company they said they couldn't issue a refund because I didn't purchase it off there web site, even though something is wrong with the almond and avocado moisturizing lotion. they told me to take it back to the store, so I did but he refused to give me an exchange or refund because I used it once. Im very angry there also taking advantage of people here. I want my
money back or even exchange.
That even a Women came into our business establishment with a complaint. The way she went about addressing the issue was rude. She cut the line and threw products on the counter, stating ( Your *** not working) speaking in regards to the *** products. I stated to here that she would have to contact the company because we are just retail. She begin to say that (us people) where the reason (blacks) don't have hair. I begin to explain our store policy stating opened or damaged items cant be returned or exchanged. The items where half way used, I then said that I can't tell her if it will work I just have products available for consumers to purchase. She begin to yell louder that (***)I then told her she took things to far and to please get out. The customers where laughing at her and said that I handled it right.I also have my employers here that witnessed this altercation.They both worked 1st shift. If you need to speak with them.
