Made appliance worst than when they started

Hired this company to fix a clogged refrigerator drain about months agoThe drain recently was clogged again (which shouldn't happen if the work was done correctly)Since this company said the work was only guaranteed for months, I hired someone elseThe new repairman said the original repair was done incorrectly and that the original repairman broke some parts on the refrigerator! He actually used toothpicks to repair a broken Styrofoam piece! Plastic was melted inside the refrigerator from the original person using boiling water! I have pictures of the broken pieces
