Review: Maggio's was hired to install siding/replacement windows at my home. The owner asked for a credit card to purchase materials on 4/**/13, with work to begin Monday 4/**/13. After numerous delays the work was never completed by Maggio's. I have made many documented attempts to contact the owner, with no response. I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge, but Maggio's is fighting the chargeback. I have a signed contract that has not been honored and this company still owes me $5350.00.Desired Settlement: I would like my $5350.00 refunded, that this company has taken and kept for over three months with the work not done.
