Review: I was contacted in 2011 by a magazine company.

A. Never received the magazine they they agreed to send

B. Was bombarded by random magazines not listed.

C. Was billed twice per month, not the agreed upon 1 time per month. A second phone call represented themselves as an upgrade.

When I blocked e-payments, I received phone calls harassing me from phone numbers all over the US.

D. Now they are threatening litigation, through a mediator, if I don't pay $350.

E. I never got any statement or paper communication, I didn't even know the company name until today.Desired Settlement: To cease and desist threatening phone calls. I was contacted by phone, and agreed to terms which included receiving Hour of Detroit. I never received the magazine, but did get bombarded by other magazines not listed. A second call upgraded the service, but I don't remember exactly, as this was in 2011. After realizing that monthly payments were being withdrawn twice each month, I blocked e-payments. Never received any statements or documents, or customer service info. Was told I could not change the magazines sent at that time. Since I have received phone calls from all over the country, Recently [redacted] called from a mediation service in Ohio. Finally she gave me the company name, but not other information such as transcripts of the two recorded calls. The company is in breech of contract on two counts. The mediator said it will go into litigation if I don't pay $350 this week. Again, I never received the magazine agreed to, received ones not requested. Cease and disist.
