Magazine Rewards

I have the recording stating that I declined the rewards and they still have charged my card I called and was give another that the same lady answered I would like to have the district attorney look into this because when you decline something you shouldn't be charged. I will be pushing this forward.

Review: We were promised two separate gift cards with our purchase. We had received no info in the mail, so we called to try and beat the deadline. We went online to try and find the "forms" we were now being told we had to fill out to get these cards. A very non user friendly website. We filled out the form for the gift cards, but never received anything. Upon calling them, I find out there were MORE forms that needed to be done, and it is too late to do anything with it now.Desired Settlement: Just to receive what we were told we would receive. One $20 cash card, One $50 [redacted] card
