Review: I purchased a Google Offer deal where Magazine Metropolis would provide three, one-year magazine subscriptions for $24.00. The offer was set to expire March **, 2013. In March, before the expiration, I went to the website to request my three magazines. One of the magazines that I chose was more expensive and counted as 2 of my 3 magazine choices. After making my selections and filling out the necessary information, I eagerly waited for my subscriptions to arrive in the mail. I contact the company via an online submission form on their website after I had waited the full 14 week waiting time for the company and the magazine publishers to process my request. I had previously checked with the magazine publishers and they had not received any request from Magazine Metropolis Deals to send me the magazine. I never received a response from Magazine Metropolis Deals and again contacted them again on 8/**/13 and have also not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have the company refund my money. Otherwise I would like them to actually process my request and begin receiving the magazines.

Review: I had a google offer for this company for four one year magazine subscriptions. I redeemed the offer on the site but only received a few copies of some of the magazines and no copies of the others. I have contacted the company several times but have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the magazines that I ordered.

Having searched through our records, we cannot seem to find any previous inquiries from the customer that filed this complaint. We have found the order itself that the customer had redeemed previously. We would be happy to settle this through email, so we would like it if the customer would email us directly listing the specific magazines that they are having difficulties with. We have no problem looking into this for them.

We certainly would have liked it better if we were contacted directly before approaching the Revdex.com, however we do understand that all customers most definitely deserve what they paid for, and we certainly do put in the effort to make sure that happens.

We appreciate this being brought to our attention, and hope that we can help resolve this quickly.
