Review: Mr. [redacted] 900+16 posed as a representative of my electric company [redacted] stating that prices were going to increase throughout the state and that I had to opt to a different program in order to keep prices or even lower them. I was not signing up to change company but was offered to lower my rate trough a different program. Mr. [redacted] left a paper folded with his phone number that I could cancel at any time. I did not realize that he was changing companies and doing a contract. I felt taken advantage of, and when I called the company to complaint even more vunerable for the way I was treated by their representative.Desired Settlement: I expect things to go back to where they were at first place because I had on intention or desire to leave [redacted] because of prior positive relationship.
