Ti whom it may concernMY name is *** *** owner of this business and was hire by *** to built a roof cover over existing patio as un- expensive as possibleDo to her already having a pool built by Gary poolsWhen original consulting project with customer she specify that all she
wanted was a roof cover over existing deck using existing post and screen in all around with a screen doorI clearly gave her the price with no interior finishingAnd replace the ramp floor attached to existing deck, at end of project she complaint about the interior not been finishI as a good person that I am told her that the contract was with out interior fishing and to look at the contractShe fume up and I told her if she got the product I will finish it for themShe asked what can she use I've told her hardi board product will be the only thing I recomend do to floor not seal and screening all aroundShe stated that was not one of her choices, that she will get back to me about itCouple days latter sends me email with bead board and says that's what she wantedNote I dint charge her for any labor on the interior finish work more does she have a contract on itWe than had a meeting with her and her husband and explain that I've told here what I recommended and she insisted on bead board, so it's true it has bow even with liquid nailsI've told them that it was do to moister, than they asked what can be done to minimize bowingI suggested more trim on open ends by windows, and she asked to put more nails on boards around walls and Re paint again, keep in mind I'm not charging labor on any of thisNote: contact also states light box and she got ceing fan installed for free, than she asked for an exterior box for flood lite and also got lite installed for freeI have nothing to settle with Mrs*** our contract was completed as invoice states

I am rejecting this response because:The work is shoddy, and incompleteThey made the "repair" worseI don't know how a businessman would want his name attached to such an unprofessional projectIt's almost as if he was not fixing it on purpose.
