I have contacted customer service a few times concerning a refund since I never received my product, it has been over a month since order was placed. They do not respond to my issue directly but instead simply send me a link to tracking.

I placed an order on 4/16, I have reached ought to customer service several times. And each time Im informed the shoes (2pair) $140 are on the way. They Will not cancel the order. They will not issue a phone number to contact anyone directly
