Ms***'s complaint has been addressedWe have submitted her information and vendor ID number to our accounting department and I am waiting on a date that her check will be overnighted to her new address. I am keeping her updated via email

The deposit refund check for Mr*** was cut on 12/2/check number ***. Our corporate office has already contacted Mr*** to let him know that his check has been mailed to him. The on site property manager also tried to contact Mr*** today as well but the property does not
have the current phone number listed

We are working on making the necessary adjustments to Mr. [redacted]'s file so that he will receive his full $250 deposit back.  The paperwork will be submitted today 11/5/14.
