Madison Radiologists

Went to !ocal hospital Urgent Care and wasn't aware that, in addition to a bill for the treatment I actually received, there would be a claim against my health insurance by Madison Radiologists for services they can't prove were even provided. I paid their bill a day after I received it and thought that was the end of it. A month after my check cleared I get a collection notice for the same amount! No local representative, just some out of state PO box and a "we're currently closed" recording.
