I am not filing an actual complaint because I don't believe it would change the outcome of events. However, I would like to warn others that the staff there is dishonest. Being new to the area, we called and asked if they were "in-network" for our insurance. They said yes. We came in for cleanings. We gave them our insurance card and again wanted to confirm that they were in-network so it would be fully covered. They told us they were. Afterwards, we found they charged almost 700 for two kids and one adult cleaning, and we had to pay over 400 of it. They claimed repeatedly that it was a misunderstanding; that they only accept the insurance, but they are not in the network. It was not a misunderstanding on our part, simply a lack of disclosure by their office.
