I am rejecting this response because:
Once again, they said I authorized this charge through email. All of my emails are archived at gmail and upon review in the month of April 2015 I only sent email to 4 different people, none of which were madison. They said they called to confirm my 10mb free upgrade, but I guess they couldn't be bothered to call and tell me my bill was going up. I use my banks monthly bill pay and pay madison on a automatic basis, from now on, knowing Madison's business practices, I will watch my bill more closely. In addition, I just received another letter from Madison threatening addition late fees for the $15 I was short from the last bill. I was already charged an additional $8.95 for a bill shortage of $15, now they threaten me with an additional late fee, which was not mentioned by the customer service rep, she just told me my next bill would need to be payed with the additional $15 I was short for the month of January. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to pay this bill since Madison has a complete monopoly on internet service in my area. The fact they are monitoring my social media is very disturbing as well.
Sincerely,
