Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is not factual, it is true I have made multiple visits to discuss treatment with a different dentist in the same office (DrC [redacted] ) who has since left the practice I then told DrM [redacted] that I did not wish to continue the treatment since my own dentist had now left the practice The treatemnt was dental veneers and I had not had any veneers started or completed on any of my teeth, even though I have fully pre-paid for the procedure Any work done by him (e.gimpressions of teeth was already charged to my insurance) Can DrM [redacted] prove that he has completed any veneer on any of my teeth? No because he hasn't Instead of giving me a refund after many months of polite requests, DrM [redacted] has insisted that I remain with his practice and thus delaying my ability to get this procedure done with another dentist Clearly we are not a good fit and I cannot be forced to continue with a dentist I don't trust I demand a full refund immediately for my money and not any more lies and misrepresentations and excuses I have also provided all the receipts to the office of Proffessional Discipline to prove he has kept my money unfairly without completing treatment In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
We are disputing the alleged claimWe have plenty of correspondence documented inviting the patient, MsMatis, to come and complete the careThe patient has had the majority of the work done and right before completion, for reasons known only to her, has she refused to complete the care and wants a complete refund after receiving the bulk of the treatmentWe are happy to provide documentation with photographic evidence to support our positionPlease allow us the opportunity to present the records to the mediator

Review: I pre-paid $24,000 for dental veneers to be completed by this dental office. My original dentist left the office and I was given a new dentist that I didn't want to proceed with (Fuad M[redacted]). After several requests, by email and verbally, they have refused to refund my money or reimburse me in any way. It has taken several months of communication (7 months) and they still have done nothing to refund my money instead they make excuses.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive every penny that I pre-paid this offcie for the dental work they never started.
