I just want to follow up to inform you that the business in question, 
Verdana, sans-serif;">Madison Avenue Radiology PC, finally DID contact me recently and
resolved my issue regarding my complaint #[redacted]
Apparently, the person responsible for handling the business email traffic wasn’t doing so.
 
The test results that were in question were electronically sent to me, and this issue should be considered CLOSED.
Unfortunately, your email correspondence regarding the status of the case do not permit responses. 
This should be reviewed.

Review: I am the legal medical proxy (son) of one [redacted] who had imaging tests at the [redacted] location earlier this year. My mother is 88 years old and is in dire need of copies of her test results for a doctor's immediate evaluation. I have emailed Madison Avenue Radiology Center (a/k/a Madison Imaging) recently TWICE and they have ignored my requests for copies of my mother's records.

My mother's insurance paid for these records and she is entitled to copies by NYS law,

From past experience, calling Madison Avenue Radiology Center is fruitless as a caller is placed on HOLD indefinitely. The staff is the farthest from being health professionals.

I will also pursue this matter with the NYS Attorney General's office this week.

I wouldn't recommend this shabby and unprofessional business to any one.Desired Settlement: I want the aforementioned records of my mother, [redacted] sent to me IMMEDIATELY to my home address. The records in question belong to my mother legally.

I want these records in my possession 7 business days from today or I will pursue this matter with the NYS Attorney General Eric S[redacted]'s office.
