the customer service is horrible all the sales reps are useless they made me go in and out of there business 2-times and I still walked out with no car keys in my hand

I am rejecting this response because:I have not yet received a refundI was told a check would be mailedI do not yet have it.I was from out of town, but I didn't CHOOSE not to wait for another partI wasn't told I needed another partI was told my car was ready to be picked up and right before I paid I was told that the fuel sender was bad.When I receive the refund I will withdraw my complaint

Customer was refunded requested amount, which was a legitimate charge disclosed upfront to replace a battery

Customer has been refunded full amount, and has advised us that she would withdraw the complaint (Tuesday, 4/25/2017).The charges were to diagnose the problem, which apparently was a fuel pump issue (apparently customer ran the car either low on fuel, or out of fuel), which resulted in a fuel sender...

needing to be replaced, and not a fuel pump, which was the preliminary diagnosis..  Customer was from out of town, and chose not to wait for special order part.Courtesy refund--customer not charged for diagnosis.
