I grudgingly went into the Bikini Village in the Rideau Centre yesterdayAs a slightly larger lady, I find swimwear purchasing very stressful and often depressing - hence my reluctance to go into the storeBut the ladies in there were MARVELOUS! Patient, sympathetic, above-and-beyond with their help! Their insights into different brands, how they varied in fit and style, were hugely appreciated! They were so reassuring as to my size - I left there feeling quite body-positive (which, for swimsuit shopping, has been previously unheard of!) Although the location didn't have what I was looking for in stock, they called around town, locating and putting on hold for me the items we had determined would suit my preferences and styleI wish I had asked for their names as these ladies really deserve serious recognition and commendation!
