much back and forth, he did send someone out to fix the job.  It is not perfect, meaning aesthetically not what I would have liked and some of the quality is not what I would have hoped for, but the major issues of safety and function (boards warping, rusty nails pulling up and boards put down too far apart) have been repaired.   Thank you for your assistance [redacted]
