in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  They did not pay for the damage to get fixed.  He refunded me for the service.  And yes he damaged all 4 of my rims and the damage to the rims are consistent with improperly installing tires.  He had admitted his son had a very difficult time installing the tires.  I had mentioned I had detailed the car before I brought it to him.  And would have noticed any damage.  This mechanic shop did damage my vehicle.

Review: I took my vehicle to Madda Automotive to have my tires installed on my vehicle. I have original factory rims. He had his son install the tires on the rims on my vehicle and admitted his son had a difficult time putting them on. When the vehicle was returned the rims were grinded, scratched, dinged, chipped and beaten. I returned it to him and he admitted to the damages but refused to fix them because he said "I would be out and lose money on this deal" After speaking with him for another few minutes he began to slowly deny that he had damaged the rims and said he had only damaged one but all in all refused to pay for them. Geico insurance (my insurer) has been trying to get a hold of him and he is ignoring their calls and letters. I had asked him what is he going to do about it and he said verbatim "I ain't doing Jack [redacted] so from there on I stopped communicating with him. I feel this is unfair that he can damage my vehicle and just get away with it with no repercussion and have a very conceited attitude about the situation. People like himself should not be in business.Desired Settlement: For him or his insurer to pay for the repair on all four of my rims.
