With so many horror stories of pool projects being incomplete, a complete construction nightmare, or just taking way too long, my wife and I interviewed dozens of companies before choosing Mad River Pools.

We particularly enjoyed Mike [redacted] sales approach which was very different than all the others. No high pressure, take your time deciding, and above all let me know of any questions or concerns you have.

We also found it very reassuring that after the initial dig and just for the gunnite and finish coats, it was always Mad River's crew working the project. And...when the other crews were here, a member of the Mad River team was always there to supervise.

When the project started, everything was always coordinated by either Mike, Jeff or Dave. We could always get a hold of any of them and even months after the completion of the project, Mike and Jeff still respond to a text within the hour to help.

I think many would find a review suspicious if I didn't say there were any hurdles during the project. There were a few, but Mike was always right there to assist and make sure we were happy.

In the end we have a gorgeous pool, a company we'd recommend to anyone, and a family who is in this pool every single moment they can be.
