Review: I saved up my money to order a two-year subscription to my favorite magazine MAD. So I ordered it and expected to recieve my two years worth of issues but instead only received 4 issues. When I tried to reach MAD with this issue there was no way to contact them, I tried emailing twice and got no reply. As a result I am very dissatisfied with the service of the official MAD Magazine company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the rest of the 8 issues I ordered.
Review: I have been trying to contact Mad Magazines Customer support to report an issue. However, there is no phone number to contact any of their representatives, only an email system in which you submit your complain or question. It has been two weeks since I submitted mine and I have not received a reply yet. The issue is as follows. I subscribed to a two year subscription to the magazine online, but when I filled out all my payment and personal information, there was no indication to illustrate my purchase, such as an email confirmation or instant confirmation. I thought I may have made a mistake or that the website glitched, so I backspaced an filled the info out again. Still no confirmation. I proceeded to look into another way to subscribe or how I could contact customer service to inquire about the issue. But no luck. There was only a "Send Message tab" in which you could send your complaint or inquiry to technical support. Which I did and still have not received a response. It has been about two week.
Also, another concern of mine is this. Mad has a promotion where if you buy a two year subscription, they give you a special cover of art work with each issue. However, even though I subscribed to the two year subscription promotion, I do not think I received confirmation of that promotion either. I just wanted to confirm that I would.
At this point I want to confirm the following: 1) that I have ONE two year subscription and that I will not be charged for two and 2) that it will include the cover art promotion.Desired Settlement: My two year subscription (in which I will only be charged for once) and the album art as advertised.
