the conclusion that this was not a safe installation. I spent considerable time explaining to her about the cleareanced for safety and what would be required to safely install the used stove. I explained that the efficiency of the stove was very poor. I told her it would be advisable to spend that much money for an unsafe product that would be so inefficient. I would not do the job. I charged her for my service call price of $100.00. She complained but wrote a check for $100.00. this is a normal charge that I have been doing for over 30 years. when I went to the bank the next day I was told she stopped payment on the check. I understand that I needed to send her three notifications by mail before I take her to small claims court.
