The bridemaid dresses arrived on June 1st, 2017. Bride was notified and happy that dresses came in.

Review: January 2013, I ordered a bridal gown. The dress that came in for me on July 13 2013 was the wrong dress. I was promised the correct dress could be reordered and in and altered before Labor Day weekend. Since I was promised, I also ordered a bracelet to match the dress. The dress did not come in on time, as promised on several occasions. I did receive a full refund on the dress. I sent the store manager a note in December 2013 requesting a refund on the bracelet.

Never received a response. I sent the Store Manager an email on February 12, 2014 with the same request. No response. I am seeking a full refund on the bracelet that I ordered with the dress that did not come in on time.Desired Settlement: Refund of $52.50 for the bracelet
