After taking my vehicle in for a charge to the A/C system on Memorial Day weekend, my A/C in this vehicle is currently in worse shape than before taking it to them. After picking up my vehicle they stated there were no leaks & I needed no parts. After paying them & driving off I noticed the A/C is blowing barely colder than before taking it to them. The next day was Sun. so they were closed & the day after that they were closed in observation of Memorial Day, so it wasn't until that Tues. before being able to get it back to their shop. Now the shop is telling me I need a whole new A/C kit (around $400.00 in parts only) when it didn't need any of this before & they have no will to rectify this situation after breaking my A/C system. The system would at least blow cool enough to cool the vehicle down after awhile but now it won't even do that.

Repair I explained the same thing to the shop as I just stated, & was willing to at least pay 1/3 of the cost not expecting Macuil Auto to absorb the full brunt of this mistake & they're not even willing to accept responsibility for the state of my A/C systems condition
This customer came in for an AC service, which is simply recharging of freon. After the service was performed the AC was functioning properly. The following week the customer returned saying we broke his AC and that it never worked properly after he picked it up. When the mechanic diagnosed the problem he found the AC system is in need of being replaced due to failing parts within the system. The failure of the AC system is in no way caused by the AC service we provide and in no way are we responsible for paying any part of the repairs that are needed. We do thorough testing before and after the service and we are confident in our diagnosis of this customer's vehicle.

If the the company is stating that the A/C system was working when they pulled it out of the shop then why would I be going back the same day to show them its not. They're telling you right there that something wrong with their story! They're saying hi came back the following week, but they know good and well I showed back to the shop 4 days in a row to show them the A/C was now functioning properly. They never checked for leaks or thoroughly completed the task at hand & like I said the A/C system is in worse shape now than before they did whatever they did to it! At least before I took it to them it would at least blow cool, now I don't even have that. They should stick to just tires if they can't do a better job than that. If I tore up their establishment id go to jail but they can break my stuff & don't even have to accept responsibility or fix it! Solely unfair
