We received the letter regarding the complaint about our establishment from 6/19/16. The complaint Was Submitted on 7/6/16, ID [redacted]. The customer complaint was regarding having been overcharged $10 to her debit card.We looked into the matter immediately and found where the mistake had been made....

We acknowledge that she was indeed overcharged by $10 and rectified the mistake through our credit card processor.We also reached out directly to the customer via phone and email. A voicemail was left on Wednesday 7/23/16, and an email was sent as well.
