Since the customer did not comply with my request for 3 written estimates, I am willing to send a check for $60 due to this fact and also because we are not 100 % sure that the technician did the damage. Again this incident was not reported immediately to either the technician or the office.

Response:Sorry to hear that there is damage to the boxspring. The technician has stated numerous times that he did not damage the boxspring and that it was not brought to his attention when he was out there. If the husband had seen the damage as stated in the customers complaint, he should have...

brought it to the technicians attention, this way there would be no doubt as to how the boxspring was damaged. It is our policy that if any damage is to occur the technician is to call the office immediately and report it. This never happened. But being an honest and fair businessman I am willing to either have the boxspring fixed or replaced. The customer will have to provide 3 written estimates, the size of the boxspring and where she originally purchased the bed.[redacted]

"Why they only want too pay half they should pay for most of it but if all they want to do is send 60.00 over ill deal with it and ill put the other half in so I can get a new box spring."
