Review: I ordered a ring from Macoy. After nearly a month, it had not arrived. I called four times and emailed three times and when I finally received a response, I was told the ring was out of stock from a vendor. The Macoy website claims this ring is "individually crafted," thereby implying that it would be made to order. Macoy was only able to offer me a ring of the wrong size, which was scratched when I received it.
Macoy consistently fails to return phone calls even when they say they will return a call by a certain time. There is no return or refund policy listed on their web site and their page regarding "shipping options" explains how it could take up to 8 weeks to receive some items, all of which are shipped by [redacted] First Class unless they decide to charge you more, which they reserve the right to do.
The Macoy web site also displays a Revdex.com Accredited badge, which a search of the Revdex.com site reveals is false.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the ring I received and receive a refund immediately. I will gladly overnight the ring back to them.
