December 28, 2017Dear [redacted] We are in receipt of the above complaint and do acknowledge that [redacted] has reachedout to MacKissic and to MacKissic through our local dealer, [redacted] , Chesterland,Ohio prior to the end of his two year warranty.It is our opinion that the damaged shown in the photos that were provided were related to thecrankshaft failureAt this point we would sugges that a certified [redacted] service centerprovide a failure analysis of the damaged crankshaft.If it is determine to be a [redacted] issue, they would be responsible for repairIf it isdetermined to be a MacKissic issue, we will work with the dealer to get the unit back to operationalcondition.We are not interested in providing a refund.Sincerely,Richard D.President
