So Mackeyfill Drain & Sewer on 11-3-we were called to do a drain cleaning for *** *** at *** *** **On 1-7-she called and said that the sewer line had plugged againI told her that we give a day warranty, she said that she knows that no one flushed anything down the
drain, she guaranteed thatI told her that she could not guarantee that, there are three drains on one sewer lineHer husband was there when my man ran the line, I was not known that he only ran a few feet of cable until I got your letter, if I would have known that I would have went went back and made it right, if he only ran a few feet of cable it would not have lasted an hrbecause in order to unplug the line you have to run it all the way down the alley to the roadThe clean out cap is stript and for years she always told me that she would pick on up, I told her I could get one she said it was ok.Thank youJohnny M***
