Review: We purchased an whole house air conditioner 2 years ago and from the very first day we were not satisfied due to a loud noise when it shut down and keeps me up at night. Very loud. Steve M[redacted] and his employee agreed with me and at first he tried to repair it, he came to our house regularly to correct the problem and every time he said if what he was doing did not fix the issue he was getting us a new system, he had someone come out to check the problem and was told what he needed to order and hopefully that corrected the problem. Unfortunately he never came back out and ignored our phone calls. I would like a total refund.
