customer choose and agreed to. All proper documentation was signed including the lienholders contract and a product acknowledgement form which specifically indicates any optional products purchased. Once a finance contract is signed the agreement is between the customer and the lienholder and no longer Joe Machens. That contract can be paid in full at any time without penalty should a customer decide to pay off the loan early or refinance the loan with another lender. Any optional products purchased are then refunded back to the customer based on the unused portion. Joe Machens strives for 100% customer satisfaction and has explained that refinancing the loan at his new desired lender is an option should he choose to exercise it. The option to choose financing at the dealership and purchase any option products were solely up to the customer to decide upon. The customer desired solution is available to him should he chose to end his current agreement with his lienholder and refinance the loan at his new desired lender. Joe Machens goal is again 100% customer satisfaction in every customers transactions.

Simply because I was only told to sign after I had requested the loan be done through Missouri credit union. The extra's on the policy were not explained and I was not told they were optional. The dealership also never advised me on any refinancing options therefore that statement is a blatant lie.
