They have a program called New Computer for Life, basically leasing a computer and getting a new one every two yearsThey required a security deposit up front of $2000, which I understood I could get back if I decided to end the leaseMy second two years was up, so I decided I would end the lease, and keep my present MacBook ProI found out I would not get any of my security deposit backI was told that I had been made aware of this up frontI said I did not remember thatI told them if I had been aware of the loss of my security deposit, I would never have entered the programI feel this is a scamI can understand maybe not getting all my security deposit back, but none does not seem fareI grossly over paid for the two MacBook Pros I hadI made payments over the years totaling $4668.60, which is what the MacBook Pros were worth, plus the security deposit of $That is $total

I took my phone in for a repair on 07/08/and before I went in I checked my phone for w*** *** and *** *** and their was not any *** I put my phone on the charger and woke up the next day to a black screen .....This company lied and said my phone had w*** *** they suggested I keep my phone their over night which was not a good idea in my opinionwhen I requested proof because I did not believe them I know for a fact my phone was not water *** before the man look at my phone I would like to contact the police department about fraud
