On 4-2-MacGyver Mechanical completed 4" thick insulation for refrigerated van, for *** ** ***. Invoice #***, was signed on 4-4-17.On 4-23-17, customers refrigeration unit (customers parts) was installed and completedSigned Invoice # On 5-1-17, water leaking into vehicle
after going through the car wash. MacGyver was out the next day to check, seal and or repair any water leaks.MacGyver Mechanical Services recommended to take the vehicle to the dealer or a windshield specialist due to small leaks coming through windshield seals.On 5-28-the above customer requested to have lighting installed in the cargo area of the same vehicle we had installed refrigeration unit.MacGyver Mechanical installed lighting. Customer agreed that the service was satisfactorily completed. Invoice #***Have not heard from the above customer since 5-28-until I received a text on 1-12-stating the windows are fogging up in the above vehicle.I immediately responded by stating I will schedule her as quickly as I can.
