We had sent out response as to what actions were taken as per the complaint on 07/03/2017.However, received another auto email about the complaint.So I called your office this morning to discus the same.Well, here are the details again,The actions that were taken care for the Complaint # [redacted] are as follows.6/09/- House cleaning was done.Took care of dust on ceiling fans and bugs on window sills.6/08/- Carpet steam cleaning was done and even though carpet was required to be replaced, the tenant requested for the carpet to be replaced.We requested for bids and approvals, which takes time.However, the carpet shall be replace today.The vendors are scheduled to complete it today (07/03/2017)6/08/- Replace/repair smoke detectors - this was taken care on 6/14/2017.All the issues have been attended to and taken care off.Please let us know if you may need vendor receipts we can provide them upon request.Should you need any-further information about the same please do let me know.If required we can submit invoices for the same.Tell us why here

Good Morning ***I just wanted to clarify the email sent by Lotus Real Estate- That was written by the receptionistSome of those things are true the cleaning of home, fire alarms, steam cleaning of carpet-- However these are all things that should of been taking care of prior to me moving in the property JUne As far as the carpet goes the 1st day I moved in I stated the carpet needed to be replaced- It was filthy covered and smelled of pet urine- The Steam Carpet showed me several spots- When I finally got the property m***ger to come out June (soonest his schedule allowed to San Tan Valley) to come to look at home after several emails/phone calls back and forth- He stated carpet does not need to be replaced and does not smell and he can not confirm its pet urineAnyway I was not going to live and camp on main floor like this and was desperate to find another alternativeI even offered to go half on bedroom carpet- I had got an estimate of from Empire.On 6/Empire phoned him to discuss this and he stated it does not need new carpet and hung upI believe I wrote my complaint on Revdex.comThen a few weeks later he said he would talk to owner about carpet replacement- only with year lease- I was not going to sign a year lease - a week went by I informed him of my day vacate notice due to breach of contract and uninhabitable living conditionsHe then spoke with owner to see about carpet replacement with my current year lease- IT was approved finally but I still needed to 50% on carpet of 4bedroomsI paid above and beyond my rent for this propertyThey never got any carpet estimates it was myself and they had their vendor complete the job- I also had measured all the rooms for her since she didnt want to drive to San Tan to compare Empires measurementsALL in ALL the carpet is finally in and we are moving forward as best as we can- I have acquired extra fees which have not been paid for from them for extra days of truck rental and also my storage unit I had to rent for a month til this was resolved and then another day truck rental (75.00)to move my things in to this propertyIt wasnt a smooth process as planned- word of advice to never do a sight unseen property and check out and verify the companys reviewsIt could save you hassle in long runLesson Learned the hard way.I also attached a couple pictures of the carpet condition that he did not want to replace please include-- He stated his staff and himself feel carpet is fine to his standards.***-Please attach this to the response for my complaint to Lotus Real EstateI will accept the complaint as satisfied but would like my details noted above- That I paid - thank you so much in advance - Any questions just give me a shoutIF he wants a rave review he can return my plus acquired extra charges occured since I could not move my things in here.KInd Regards- *** *** ***

The issues was resolved on 8/30/16 as the serviceman scheduled on 8/29/16 left before I could get home from work. Another serviceman was schedule for the following day and resolved the issue on 8/30/16.
