MAC Glassing

Review: Contacted Mac glassing about a custom stand up paddle board, after discussing what it was I wanted he said he could do it. I had custom art work made for it and sent it to a company in the town where mac glassing is located. He said he received the laminates and would start on the board that week, and finish in 7-10 days. That was Nov. 8th 2014. I have tried multiple times to contact them through phone, email and even text messages and haven't received a reply, nor a refund for the board which I paid in full.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $1800 which is what I sent to him, and the laminates($250 for printing which I had paid) or $2050 total.
