Mac Cal Towing

Review: My car was unjustly towed by MAC CAL on Friday 1/31/2014 from a lot at the corner of Roll Drive & Paseo Internacionale near the Otay Mesa border crossing. I followed marked instructions on a sign post immediately above the parking spot I used. Paid $2 for 2 hrs of parking and put the receipt in my windshield as instructed. When I returned 65 mins later, my car was gone. They claimed they towed it because I parked in a Taxi spot. The markings for the Taxi spot could ONLY be viewed when no car is in the spot. The sign on the lightpost immediately above the my spot, strongly suggested the spot was legal. MAC CAL extorted $275 from me to get my car back.Desired Settlement: I want a total refund of the $275 paid.
